From Danish Kitchens back in print! The SJU cookbook, written in the 1940s and full of luscious Danish specialities, is available once again. Copies are for sale in Ballard at the Nordic Heritage Museum or Scandinavian Specialties. Interested in a class to learn how to make some of these traditional dishes? We'd love to have you. Become a garden steward and adopt a plot!  Garden stewards from the church and community adopt plots in the garden and plan each season’s planting together.

Or just come to a garden work day for an hour to a garden work day to weed, mulch, plant, or harvest.
